In a quiet moment after the raid on the police headquarters, Maul attempts to recruit Jedi Padawan Devon Izara over a tea service. Although not successful, Maul seemingly begins to bring Devon around to his way of thinking before she makes her escape. We’ve got a lot to say about his conversation in this episode of Podcast Stardust. In addition, Captain Brander Lawson continues his investigation into Maul and the Shadow Syndicate in a desperate attempt to prevent the Empire from intervening in affairs on Janix. However, Two-Boots, his droid companion, has different ideas on what is the proper protocol for this situation. Episodes three and four of Maul, titled “Whispers in the Unknown” and “Pride and Vengeance,” continue this Star Wars noir tale, and we have plenty to discuss in this episode.
