The out-of-time Ryan Wilder decides to punish Central City by donning out justice in her own way. With her Rogues, she takes over the police station. Then she broadcasts sentinels around the world using the powers of Grodd, who she has convinced to help her. Barry and his new team go to rescue Mark, but it turns out to be a trap and Red Death takes away the rest of his speed. Now, the only way for them to stop her reign of terror is to talk to Grodd and change his mind. Luckily, they may get a little surprise help from Gotham to finally wrap up this fight.
