We are headed back to the Legends timeline and the Old Republic. In this episode of Podcast Stardust, we are kicking off our Darth Bane book club with a discussion of the prologue and the first three chapters of Darth Bane: Path of Destruction. Meet Des, a young man that was orphaned on a desolat mining world and forced to fend for himself. His environment has molded him into an imposing specimen. However, there are hints of force abilities as well. A bad day in the mines finds Des with an early quitting time and an opportunity to gamble with Republic officers at the local cantina. This is just the beginning of the young man that would reshape the Sith. We’ve been excited to start this series, and we know you are as well. Let’s get to it.
