Jar Jar Binks is mistaken for a Jedi when he accompanies Senator Padmé Amidala on a diplomatic mission to Rodia.
Jar Jar Binks makes his debut in The Clone Wars in episode eight of season one: “Bombad Jedi.” When he, C-3P0, and Senator Amidala make a diplomatic mission to Rodia to help an old family friend of Padmé’s, they quickly find out they have fallen into a trap. Soon thereafter, Jar Jar is mistaken for a jedi when he attempts to rescue the Senator. Hijinks ensue, and Padmé helps Rodia get out from under the clutches of the Trade Federation and the Separatists.
