As Omega plots her escape from Tantiss, Hunter and Wrecker search the galaxy for her while the Emperor’s grand design begins to focus in the first three episodes of season three of The Bad Batch.
The wait is over and The Bad Batch is back for its third and final season. Lucasfilm treated Star Wars fans to a three episode premiere, and this season starts out strong. We are discussing all three episodes in this episode of Podcast Stardust. The discussion ranges from Omega’s captivity at Mount Tantiss to Hunter and Wrecker’s attempts to find and rescue her. Along the way, we’ll dive into what Dr. Hemlock’s project it, what the specimens he is experimenting on are, and how Omega fits into all of this. There is a lot to get into, so thank you for joining for this discussion.
In this fully armed and operational episode of Podcast Stardust, we discuss:
- Omega’s life on Tantiss,
- What is it about Omega’s blood that puts her in danger,
- Omega’s domestication of a lurca hound and possibly Crosshair,
- Dr. Hemlock and Emperor Palpatine’s plans that are described as an “abomination,”
- The condition of Crosshair and whether he is carrying any guilt,
- Wrecker and Hunter’s search for Omega,
- The return of Roland Durand from season one of The Bad Batch,
- The young clones on Setron,
- What are the slither vines,
- The Emperor’s visit to Tantiss and discussions with Hemlock,
- Omega and Crosshair’s escape from Tantiss, and
- What comes next for Omega and the rest of the Bad Batch.
