In the second installment of our series looking at The Phantom Menace, we meet Jar Jar Binks, see Qui-Gon mind trick Boss Nass, and follow the Jedi as they travel through the Planet Core of Naboo.
Our celebration of the 25th anniversary of The Phantom Menace continues! In this episode, we move to the second segment of our discussion, and it primarily focuses on the Gungans and the Jedi’s interactions with them. Jar Jar Binks makes his introduction, and he does not impress Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi. However, he has a potential solution to their problem of what to do next. Therefore, the Jedi follow him to Otoh Gunga City in the swamps of Naboo. The Jedi meet with Boss Nass and are soon sent on their way in a bongo. There are plenty of things to discuss from this segment, and we are ready to dive in.
