Hondo Ohnaka reveals his villainous side when hijacks a ship carrying Jedi younglings with the goal of acquiring their kyber crystals for sale on the black market.
It is time for the next entry in our series looking at everyone’s favorite space pirate: Hondo Ohnaka. In this episode, we are discussing the first two episodes of “The Gathering” story arc from season five of The Clone Wars. First, in “The Gathering,” a group of younglings are escorted to Ilum to acquire their kyber crystals as the next step in their journey to becoming Jedi. Then, in “A Test of Strength,” Hondo and his pirates attack the Jedi ship transporting them in the hopes of acquiring their kyber crystals for sale on the black market. We dive into Hondo’s misguided clash with the Jedi in this episode of Podcast Stardust.
