Ahsoka arrives in the Peridea system just as Sabine and Ezra come under attack from Thrawn’s forces in part 7 of Ahsoka.
It is the penultimate episode of this season of Ahsoka (and as an aside, we are hoping for a second season). Sabine and Ezra are on Peridea as Ahsoka arrives via purrgil space whale. Grand Admiral Thrawn begins a pursuit of these companions with extreme prejudice. Meanwhile, Hera is facing a court martial for disobeying orders when unexpected help arrives from a legacy character. Part 7 of Star Wars: Ahsoka, “Dreams and Madness,” puts all the pieces into place for next week’s season finale. We are breaking down all the action and story points in this episode of Podcast Stardust.
In this fully armed and operational episode of Podcast Stardust, we discuss:
- Hera’s trial for disobeying orders and a cameo intervention,
- What Senator Xiono is attempting to do with prosecuting Hera,
- Ahsoka training aboard her ship while watching a recording from Anakin,
- The arrival at Peridea and the safety of the purrgils,
- Ezra and Sabine on Peride and Sabine’s evasive answers to Ezra’s questions about how she got there and where Ahsoka is,
- Baylan Skoll’s separation from Shin Hati
- The raider attack on the Noti caravan,
- Thrawn’s deductions about Ahsoka, and
- What this episode sets up for the season finale.
