The Glovers want to bring Lando to the movies, Hera visits Galaxy’s Edge, a new prequel era novel, and Hera greets park guests at Galaxy’s Edge.
Star Wars news had been light for the past few weeks, but the past week offered several intriguing stories. We are tackling those on this edition of Star Wars News on Podcast Stardust. Everyone has heard about the potential for Lando series on Disney+. In an interview on another podcast, Stephen Glover, Donald Glover’s brother and co-writer, teased that Lando might be a theatrical release instead. We discuss the possibilities in this episode. Also, John Jackson Miller (A New Dawn, Kenobi), is returning to Star Wars literature with his first Star Wars book in nine years. After that, we’ll turn our attention to some Star Wars news related to Disney parks.
In this fully armed and operational episode of Podcast Stardust, we discuss:
- Stephen Glover revealing the aim to make Lando a movie rather than a series,
- An update, or lack thereof, of Shawn Levy’s Star Wars movie,
- The soundtrack of the first four episodes of Ahsoka are now streaming,
- A new Star Wars novel coming from John Jackson Miller,
- Ahsoka segments are coming to Star Tours at Disney parks, and
- Hera and Chopper have arrived at Galaxy’s Edge.
