We are on the road to the debut of Ahsoka, and we start by looking at her first appearance in The Clone Wars as she Anakin attempt to rescue Jedi Master Plo Koon.
The debut of Ahsoka starring Rosario Dawson is less than a month away. In order to prepare, we have decided to go back and watch some of Ahsoka’s most important appearances in The Clone Wars. This week, we are starting with her very first appearance in The Clone Wars series (she of course appeared in the movie first). In “Rising Malevolence,” Ahsoka is determined to save Jedi Master Plo Koon even though the Jedi Council has ordered her Anakin to pursue a different mission. Ahsoka’s devotion to her friend prevails, but she learns a lesson along the way.
In this fully armed and operational episode, we discuss:
- Ahsoka’s appearance at a young age compared to how she appeared in Rebels, The Mandalorian, and The Book of Boba Fett,
- Her attitudes and behavior as a young padawan,
- How Anakin attempts to teach her the flexibility to be found in following orders from the Jedi Council,
- Her faith that Jedi Master Plo Koon would survive, and
- The resolution of this adventure.
