Podcast Stardust #450: Six Degrees of Star Wars

by Podcast Stardust

Ahead of a discussion of Jedi: Fallen Order, we discuss Padawan Cere Junda’s adventures in the prequel comic from Marvel: Dark Temple.

Sometimes it seems like the Star Wars galaxy is a small place. Every character has encountered nearly everyone else. Look no further than a character like Hondo Ohnaka. The former pirate that featured in The Clone Wars went on to make allies out of the crew of the Ghost in Rebels, and then later teamed up with Han Solo and Chewbacca. Now Hondo is a fixture in Galaxy’s Edge providing support for the Resistance. Hondo isn’t alone with this scope of Star Wars connections. Numerous other characters have spanned the generations and met characters from multiple time periods (Yoda anyone?). On this episode of Podcast Stardust we test the interconnected nature of Star Wars by playing a game modeled after “Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon.” Thanks for joining us!

In this fully armed and operational episode, we discuss:

  • How sometimes the Star Wars feels like it is a small galaxy,
  • The rules of the game that Jay created to try and connect characters,
  • The results of a few rounds of our game, and
  • The most connected characters in all of Star Wars.

Thanks for joining us for another episode. Please subscribe wherever you listen to podcasts and spread the word to all of your Star Wars friends. May the Force be with you!

Don’t forget to check out our discussion of recent Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order – Dark Temple in episode 449.
