Sabine and Ezra travel to Concord Dawn to investigate an attack on a Mandalorian base. They find a new ally and new enemies.
Kanan and Sabine previously captured Fenn Rau and secured his cooperation so that the Rebellion could travel through Concord Dawn’s space. However, communications with the Mandalorians on Concord Dawn suddenly cease. Sensing a potential trap, Sabine, Ezra, and Chopper head to Concord Dawn to investigate and take Fenn Rau with them. Once they arrive, they discover the Mandalorians there were wiped out by Gar Saxon and his Mandalorian Super Commandos. There is an opportunity for Sabine to convince Fenn Rau to join the Rebellion’s cause, and she takes it.
In this fully armed and operational episode, we discuss:
- Fenn Rau’s initial refusal to join the Rebel Alliance,
- The emergence of Gar Saxon and his history,
- Ezra’s ability to think on his feet and give a plausible story to Gar Saxon,
- The chase through the canyon via jetpack,
- Sabine Wren’s fight against Gar Saxon, and
- How Fenn Rau comes around to the Rebel way of thinking.
