This week features some interesting movie news! Tremors is back, photos premiere for the new Predator and Han Solo casts, and rumors on a new X-Men film!

Punch It!
This week principal photography began on the untitled Han Solo Star Wars film! Fans were delighted with the first cast photo–featuring Alden Ehrenreich, Woody Harrelson, Emilia Clarke, and Donald Glover. It was also confirmed that Thandie Newton and Phoebe Waller-Bridge have been cast as well. The movie is currently set for release on May 25, 2018.
Star Wars Celebration Orlando
This year marks the 40th anniversary of Star Wars, and a special panel for Celebration, hosted by Warwick Davis, has been announced. The panel will be on April 13th, and will include Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy and some of the film’s biggest stars. The guests have not been announced but will certainly include surprises. A must see panel for sure!
Rogue One Blu-Ray

Take my money! Rogue One: A Star Wars Story arrives on digital HD and Blu-Ray next month! March 24th is the day to get out and buy the film. There are several retailer exclusives and special packaging, not to mention lots of bonus features like cast interviews and behind-the-scenes footage. Check out the exclusives here.
The Predator
And action! Director Shane Black tweeted out a partial cast photo to commemorate the first day of filming on the new film, The Predator. The cast looks fierce and ready for a serious show-down. Cast members featured in the photo include Olivia Munn, Keegan-Michael Key, Trevante Rhodes, Sterling K. Brown, Thomas Jane, and Jacob Tremblay. Also announced this week is that actress Yvonne Strahovski (Dexter and Chuck) will be added to the cast. The Predator is poised for release February 2018.
Tremors
Beware the graboids! The cult classic franchise is coming back for a sixth installment! Just announced this week on the official Tremors Facebook page, the upcoming film, Tremors 6, will be directed by Tremor 5‘s Don Michael Paul. The film will star Jamie Kennedy (reprising his role as Travis Welker) and series star Michael Gross. No release date has yet been announced.
X-Men: Supernova
Rumors abound–there may be a new X-Men film in the works. And this time it’s going to bring one of the most acclaimed comic book storylines to life– the Dark Phoenix Saga. Word has it that Simon Kinberg (X-Men: Days of Future Past screenwriter) is in talks to both write and direct the movie. It would be set in the 1990’s and of course be focused around Jean Grey. The film is set to be titled X-Men: Supernova, but there are not any more details on it at this time.
