Carver has hired Rag Doll to take out the Captain. Joe is confident that he’ll be alright, even without Barry being able to help much as his speed continues to diminish. But everyone else thinks Joe should go into protective custody. When Rag Doll manages to strap Cecile to a bomb, Joe may have to rethink his strategy. Cisco helps Ralph track down Sue Dearbon, but she proves she’s just as good at slipping through their fingers. When Ralph discovers the truth behind her motivations, she accepts his help. Iris thinks she is finally getting a little clarity in Mirror World, but she’s also getting a little suspicious of Eva, who is bound and determined to get vengeance on her husband.
