Wally West returns as a Zen speed master and has some great lessons for Barry. But he’s not the only old friend to return. Cisco finds his way back to Central City as he tracks Turtle 2.0, a meta that can slow down time enough to kill people. That should be an easy capture if Flash and Kid Flash are working together. But that’s when Wally notices Barry’s waning speed ability. They discover that the Speed Force is dying. Their time with speed is limited so they better use it wisely. That’s about the time that Eobard Thawne returns in Nash Wells’ body. Hope no other problems pop up…has anybody seen Kamilla?
