A character makes his way into Skeleton Crew from The Battle for Endor and all the publishing reveals from NYCC are featured in this week’s Star Wars news.
New York Comic Con has concluded, and Star Wars was there. It would be more accurate to say that Lucasfilm publishing was there. While at NYCC, prominent Star Wars authors, such as Charles Soule, Cavan Scott, Justina Ireland, Tessa Gratton, and Claudia Gray, revealed some of the projects they have been working on for Star Wars ranging from comics to novels. We’re getting into the details in this news episode of Podcast Stardust. Before we get into the publishing news, we do have one story of a surprise appearance of a character type from The Battle for Endor.
In this fully armed and operational episode of Podcast Stardust, we discuss:
- The surprise reveal that a character species from The Battle for Endor will be appearing in Skeleton Crew,
- Covers for Star Wars graphic novels coming from Dark Horse comics,
- A new Poe Dameron mini-series that leads into The Force Awakens,
- The High Republic Adventures story details, art, and covers,
- Extremely intriguing concept art for the Jedi as they prepare to fight the Nihil and Nameless in The High Republic,
- Art for the next audio novel featuring Marchion Ro and Lourna Dee,
- Charles Soule’s upcoming Star Wars: Legacy of Vader comic from Marvel, and more.
