Our re-watch of The Clone Wars continues with a viewing of “Rising Malevolence” from season one. Anakin and Ahsoka set off on a mission to rescue Jedi Master Plo Koon from a new Separatist secret super weapon.
After discussing Yoda’s adventures with the clones last week, we turn to episode two of season of The Clone Wars. When Jedi Master Plo Koon, his fleet, and his clone army go missing, Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano disobey direct orders from the Jedi Council and Chancellor Palpatine to go look for him. When they arrive in the Abregado system, they find that Plo Koon and a small contingent of clones have survived an attack from a new Separatist super weapon, The Malevolence. Once Master Plo and his clones are rescued, the Jedi and the clone must escape from General Grievous and The Malevolence before it can destroy them and protect the secret of this new weapon.
