Darth Sidious dispatches Maul to track down a Neimoidian traitor in Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter, a prequel era story from the Star Wars Legends collection.
It is no secret we are big fans of Darth Maul here at Podcast Stardust. We have previously covered Darth Maul stories from the comics, other novel, and his appearances in Rebels. In this episode, we go back to the Legends collection to discuss Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter by Michael Reeves. When a Neimoidian associate of Nute Gunray betrays Darth Sidious, the Dark Lord of the Sith dispatches Maul to hunt him down. However, things get complicated when the Neimoidian’s information falls into the hands of an information broker knows as Lorn Pavan. Things get even more complicated when Darsha Assant, a Jedi Padawan, joins forces with Lorn to try and get him to safety at the Jedi temple. Shadow Hunter is an engaging tale.
