After discovering that Tuskens abducted his mother, Anakin Skywalker searches the deserts of Tatooine for her. Meanwhile, Obi-Wan Kenobi spies on Count Dooku and the Separatists.
It is one of the most pivotal scenes in all of Star Wars. Anakin Skywalker, after having terrible visions of her torture and death, finally finds her as a captive of Tusken raiders on Tatooine. Shortly after their reunion, Shmi Skywalker dies in Anakin’s arms. What happens next is horrifying: Anakin slaughters a village full of Tuskens. And, it’s not just the men. Meanwhile, Obi-Wan Kenobi learns of Count Dooku’s plans after infiltrating a Geonosian droid foundry.
