When the Empire seizes Hera’s childhood home, she leads a mission on Ryloth to recover a treasured family heirloom. Thrawn is watching.
When Hera and the Rebels return to Ryloth to assist Cham Syndulla, Hera learns the bad news that the Empire has taken over her home. This also means the Empire has a treasured family heirloom – her mother’s kalikori. Hera wants it back and devises a mission to infiltrate her family home. However, Grand Admiral Thrawn is lurking nearby. Can Hera get away with recovering the kalikori?
In this fully armed and operational episode, we discuss:
- Hera’s reluctance to include her team in her personal mission,
- What a kalikori is and what it means to Hera,
- The infiltration of the Syndulla homestead,
- How Thrawn came to recognized Hera,
- Thrawn’s aggressive reaction to Captain Slaven, and
- Hera’s realization at the end of the episode.
