Sabine Wren goes undercover to extract Imperial cadets that wish to defect from an Imperial flight academy. However, Governor Pryce is on her trail.
When the Rebellion suffers several casualties among their corp of pilots, they seize up on an opportunity to recruit replacements from the Sky Strike Academy. So, they send Sabine Wren in undercover to make contact with the new recruits. Once she meets Wedge Antilles and his friends, they are prepared to make their move, but things go awry when Governor Pryce disables their ships.
