We revisit our initial reactions to Chapter One of The Mandalorian as we discuss Dave Filoni’s live action directorial debut, the introduction of the Mandalorian, and the surprise ending to the episode.
Between Spring Break and other life events, we have been busy this March. Unfortunately, that means we haven’t been able to record as many new shows as we would like. Therefore, we are re-airing some old episodes of Podcast Stardust to fill in some of the holes. On this episode, we revisit Episode 17. In that episode from 2019, we discussed the first episode of The Mandalorian. Given how The Mandalorian and Grogu debuts in theaters in just over two months, we thought it would be fun to revisit our introductions to the characters.
