After hearing about Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd reuniting at NYCC, he decided to download the most recent self-narrated book by Fox called, “No Time Like the Future: An Optimist Considers Mortality”. It is really an eye-opening and inspirational story. Jay discovered that his new house may hold some secrets in the form of a deep hole that may or may not be a Hellmouth. If we notice any demons emerging from below, we’ll let you know.

Spooky tales and legends get passed down from generation to generation. Come along with us and hear about some that have taken place where we live throughout our life.
Legend of Sleepy Hollow
We start by sharing some of the ones we loved as kids, such as the Legend of Sleepy Hollow, Mothman, and Chessie, the Chesapeake Bay monster. These get us excited to go get spooked and learn some history at the same time.

Shua shares some legendary Colorado tales such as the Ghosts of Cheesman park, Riverdale Road, and of course the Shining inspired ghosts of The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park.

He also shares his favorite tale of the supposed cannibal Alferd Packer, who ate the men he was supposed to be leading over a pass in the winter. Something Shua always discourages his tour guides to do.

The Winchester Mystery House in San Jose, California is the setting of many a ghost tale and mysteries of the widow who lived there. Plus, Jay shares a very creepy story of his youth when he almost became a character in another ominous happening.
