We Know Nothing

We Know Nothing

RetroZap’s Game of Thrones and A Song of Ice and Fire Podcast, hosted by Sers Kevin Rampelberg and Joe Tavano.

This is a fun show about the HBO series Game of Thrones and the book series “A Song of Ice and Fire.” We talk about everything that happens in the show, from character development, to plots, to strange and supernatural occurences, and take an irreverant tone that’s unique to this area of fandom. Hosted by Sers Joe Tavano and Kevin Rampelberg, and only on RetroZap, these two have been friends since the days of the First Men, so they’re not afraid to discuss the show with a healthy, open discussion. For every episode of Game of Thrones, they react immediately after the episode airs, discussing the important topics, theories, speculation, and sheer enjoyment of this groundbreaking television adaptation. Note that this show does discuss all aspects of A Song of Ice and Fire, including the core series, spinoff stories such as the Dunk and Egg tales, and companion books such as The World of Ice and Fire.

Will George R.R. Martin ever finish the series? Not sure. Joe has his thoughts on it, but you’ll have to listen to find out. Will we ever cover earlier seasons of the series? Can’t say. Turns out we really do know nothing—that’s not going to stop us from digging as deep as possible into Game of Thrones to see what we can uncover. Thanks for geeking out with us.

The Song of Ice and Fire has come to an end, and it’s time to start thinking about the store as a whole. How does The Iron Throne tie everything up? Does it deliver on the promise of a decade of revolutionary serial storytelling? Kev and Joe discuss.

This is it: the last battle, and the end of many roads. So much devastation, so much loss. But like most things in Game of Thrones, who is good and who is evil isn’t as black and white as it seems. Tough decisions are made, but are they mad? Are they evil? And how will this series wrap up? Kevin and Joe discuss it all.

Kevin and Joe sit down to cover all the lengthy discussion and debate raised by Game of Thrones season eight episode four episode “The Last of the Starks.” As the Long Night ends, new alliances and divides form. Who will come together, and who will go against each other as the series winds down? The mettle of each will be tested before long, but one truth will remain, we will still know nothing!

Join us for the greatest episode of the greatest Game of Thrones podcast of all time!
