Today Joey, Nathan and Kelly talk about the first episode of Pinky and the Brain, “Das Mouse” and give it a water tower rating. Then some more emails are shared from our annual segment “Rob Paulsen is One of the Nicest People on Earth.”
Each week, Joey, Nathan and Kelly revisit an episode of Animaniacs, Tiny Toon Adventures, Pinky and the Brain, or Freakazoid! Today, your hosts talk about the premiere episode of Pinky and the Brain- Das Mouse. The three reflect upon watching the Pinky and the Brain series on the WB and whether or not this first episode was as good as previous Pinky and the Brain cartoons seen on Animaniacs.
Das Mouse
The Brain has a mind controlling substance that can control humans if they ingest it. Pinky suggests a throwing a pancake jamboree and the Brain actually likes the idea! The only problem is that they have to go to the Titanic to collect a massive amount of white crabs from the ship’s hull. The two mice soon find themselves facing off against CIA operatives who think that the sub the mice borrowed is actually a nuclear threat! Will the mice be able to throw a jamboree with mind controlling crab pancakes? Listen to find out!
